Retreat Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• If the retreat is rescheduled by me, you may choose a full refund or a credit toward the new event date.

• If you cancel more than 120 days before the retreat, 20% of the total retreat cost will be retained, and the remainder refunded.

• Cancellations made between 120–30 days prior to the retreat will incur a 40% cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat will incur a 60% cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat are non-refundable.

 

Private Session Policy

Late Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

While I understand that unexpected situations can arise, cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full. This also applies to same-day rescheduling.

 

Group class Policy

Group Session Cancellation Policy

Due to the planning and coordination involved in group sessions, cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 2 hours before the session will be charged in full. Thank you for your understanding and respect for everyone’s time.

 

Workshop Policies

 

Workshop Cancellation Policy

• If the workshop is rescheduled by me, you may choose a full refund or credit toward the rescheduled date.

• If you cancel more than 7 days before the workshop, 20% of the total fee will be retained, and the rest refunded.

• If you cancel within 7 days of the workshop, 50% of the total fee will be retained.

• If you cancel within 48 hours, the full workshop fee (100%) is non-refundable.
